Common questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings and your subscription ends at the end of the billing period. No exit fees.
Is setup included?
Yes — your workspace is provisioned automatically on payment. No waiting, no onboarding call required.
Does it work for trades?
Yes. Dispatch runs cleaning, trades and field-service crews alike, and the on-site safety suite is included free on every plan — no extra charge. Workers sign your SWMS once, complete a Job Safety Analysis (JSA) on the jobs that need one, and store their own licences and tickets in the staff app. It's optional: switch it on yourself in Settings if you do work that needs it, or leave it off (handy for sole traders who don't).
Do I need to bring my own Twilio?
No. We set up a dedicated AU number for your workspace for you: ask us to add the Phone & SMS pack on Starter or Growth, or choose Pro, which includes SMS and a dedicated number. A number is registered to your business, so it is set up by us rather than instantly, once your subscription has made its first payment (not during the free trial).
Can I use my own domain?
Every workspace includes yourslug.extrua.com.au. A fully custom domain or website is part of our Done-for-you setup — get in touch.
Are job costing, reports and the API on every plan?
Yes. Job costing, profit reports (profit & loss, client margin, who owes you) and the API & webhooks are on every plan, Starter included. The plans differ in the AI and phone features.
What about AI and marketing?
Growth adds an AI chat widget for your website, in-app AI and lead-source reports; Pro adds an AI voice receptionist, SMS and a dedicated number. Posting to your social pages is coming soon as a Marketing add-on.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a 14-day free trial for your first user. We ask for a card up front so there's no interruption when it converts. We'll email you about three days before it ends, and your dashboard shows how many days are left. Cancel any time during the trial and you won't be charged for that first user. Every extra user you add during the trial is billed at your plan's price from the day you add them, pro-rata for the days left. Plans are billed per active user.
What isn't included in the free trial?
Extra users (only the first user is free; each extra user is billed from the day you add them). A phone number: the AI voice receptionist and texting from your own number start after your first payment. The Phone & SMS pack can't be added until the trial has turned into a paid plan. Lower sending limits apply during the trial: up to 150 customer emails and 40 texts a day. Done-for-you set-up or a website build is a separate one-off, quoted on its own.
